Why a Dedicated Place Matters
The relationships are real.
The space is still missing.
Mentoring currently happens wherever it can—at the office, on the field, and in the bleachers. That keeps Vias RD connected to young people, but it cannot replace a dependable place with tables, computers, learning materials, and scheduled support.
The Learning Center will turn those informal check-ins into a stronger education pathway without pretending the building or programs already exist.
