In the Dominican Republic, baseball is a dream. But too often, kids are pushed toward that dream before they have an education to stand on. The Dugout helps fund an education-first model where kids can train, compete, eat, learn, and grow without being forced to choose between school and baseball.

For many Dominican youth, baseball can feel like the only way forward. Some leave school early, train full-time, and chase a professional contract that almost never comes. When the dream ends, they are left without a diploma, structure, or options.
The Dugout exists to fund a better path: baseball as the hook, education as the requirement, mentorship as the bridge.
